Mike Dawson
Mike is the driving force behind Dawson Projects, leading with a clear belief that great builds start with great people.
With over two decades in the construction industry, Mike has built his career from the ground up, starting as an apprentice builder and going on to deliver everything from decks to multi-million dollar homes and large-scale commercial projects. Along the way, he’s developed a reputation for quality, reliability, and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner, Mike stays close to the work and the people behind it. He leads from the front, bringing hands-on expertise, strong communication and a steady, honest approach to every project.
At the heart of it all is integrity. Mike believes in doing what he says he will, being upfront and building lasting relationships with clients, teams, and partners alike.

Anna Dawson
Anna plays a key role in shaping the direction of Dawson Projects. With a natural strength for strategy, people, and purposeful leadership, she works behind the scenes to guide the business forward and ensure that its foundations remain built on trust, care, and genuine connection.
Her focus is on creating clarity of vision, supporting the team, and protecting the values that define who we are. Anna believes that the best outcomes come from strong relationships, open communication, and leading with intention
Alongside her involvement at Dawson Projects, Anna also works in a senior project management role within the wider construction and building industry. This experience brings a broader perspective to the business, strengthening how we think, plan and deliver for our clients and our team.

Dennis brings over 30 years of experience to the building industry and is a cornerstone of site leadership at Dawson Projects.
